Ran a post-launch Maze study to check the redesign against its goals; 50% of users engaged most with the newly surfaced Everyday Menu, which confirmed the navigation change and set the next iteration's priorities.

Addressed WCAG 2.1 AA criteria directly where the platform allowed: color contrast, alt text, non-color-dependent location cues, link and button text, consistent navigation, and plain-language content shaped by interviews that included neurodivergent users.

Built Bry Barton Northern Colorado Realtors' brand and website from nothing: identified five recurring client questions from practitioner interviews and review mining, then mapped each to a component (mortgage calculator, process guides, glossary, seller checklist, community guides) and a dedicated landing page.
